hough 24 hours notice, or more, is appreciated. I request the courtesy of a minimum 12 hours notice, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment time.

 

Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are subject to a $35 fee for 60 min sessions and 60 for 90. No notice/no show will be assessed a FULL appointment price. Repeated cancellations will require prepayment for future appointments.

 

I appreciate your respect for me and my schedule. Like wise, I respect you and your time and if I should ever have the need to cancel/reschedule, I will make every effort to give you a minimum of twenty-four hour notice. If I have to make a change with less than twenty-four hour notice I will issue you a 10% off credit towards your appointment.


ARRIVAL 

Please arrive ten minutes prior to your first appointment to complete an intake form.  This also allows me time to ask you any specific questions in regard to your treatment.

For future appointments please arrive five to ten minutes early,  These extra minutes allows you time for changing, and to relax, enhancing your massage experience.

If you are late, your session will be shortened by that time and you will be charged the full rate.  In return, I will make sure I am on time and if for any reason I am not, I will give you the time back, or adjust the price of the session.
 
ILLNESS

Please have the courtesy to reschedule your appointment if you are sick.  Bodywork, is close proximity work in a small space. To protect myself and other clients from getting ill, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment if you come in with symptoms of being ill. 

If I am ill and potentially contagious, I will call and cancel your appointment as not to spread any illness with you.
 
 
 
During the treatment only the area being worked on will be uncovered.   
Your comfort and privacy will be respected at all times. .
